Blog Trivia

Read to Someone

We are working on learning the last of the daily five: Read to Someone!

Read to someone allows children to build fluency and comprehension skills while reading with a partner.  During read to someone we:

1. Sit EEKK (elbow to elbow, knee to knee)
2. Sit with the text in the middle
3. Get started right away
4. Read the whole time
5. Read with our eyes, brain, and voice!
