Blog Homework, May 13, 2015

I know once the weather gets warm and spring comes, it is sometimes easy to forget what expected classroom behavior looks and sounds like. Recently, this has become a challenge for our class.

Tonight's homework is to write me a letter on how you can show star behavior in the classroom until the end of the year. What are ways you can improve your behavior in the classroom? If you are already showing star behavior, how can you become even better?

You can choose to type or write your letter. Homework passes can't be used for this assignment!

Challenge: Try to set your letter up using the ingredients to a friendly letter like we learned today! (date, greeting, body, closing, and signature)

Witzle!

We've been playing a game called Witzle as a warm up during math! The children roll a dice to get a target number. Then, using the numbers from the Witzle card, they create equations that equal the target number. Check out some of the equations we came up with!
